“National Population Census Project 2001 Summary Form data extraction”

This project was carried out to extract the data from the National Population Census Project and estimated time for the project was 90 Days. Data was extracted and tabulated from 120,000 R2E forms and the project was successfully completed on time.

“Customer Database Project”

This project was carried out to extract the customer information from A3 Duplex, customer response forms and populate to a database for integrating with relationship management system of the marketing department.

“Signature Scanning Solution”

Nations Trust Bank one of the fastest growing companies had the requirement of automating the signature scanning solution. The solution provided automated the scanning, signature extraction and release of the image and information to the back end banking solution.
 
 

Ministry of Samurdhi Affairs
“Samurdhi Recipients Survey”

Ministry of Samurdhi is the ministry involved in poor relief and has conducted a survey to identify the social status and effect on Samurdhi development programs of the poorest cross section of the nation. the project involved supporting ministry of creating the database from the results of the survey.

“Service Contract and Scanners”

Citibank is using state of the art high speed scanners for back office document scanning solution. The scanners and the full maintenance contract is supported by Sanje Lanka locally, adhering to stringent requirements of the Citibank NA

“Cheque Scanning and Retrieval solution”

Working as the partner company with Blue Chip customer engineering and the primary scanning services provider for the Central Bank Scanning solution.  All Cheque’s are scanned using high speed color scanning solution and indexed for future reference.

“Agriculture Census 2002 – Pilot”

Agriculture census Pilot is a 25,000 A3 Size Duplex form project to be completed in 45 days. The unique data formatting requirements for uploading to the data analysis system is a very special requirement of the project. Pilot project is being successfully completed within the specific time period.

“Remote Data Entry Service for European Company”

This Remote Data Entry project is a ongoing data entry solution where images are being scanned and uploaded to a central site where it is being downloaded for data entry. The entered data is validated and resent using the same web based technology to the customer site. This projects involves approximately 30 million key strokes per month.
 
 

Commercial Bank of Sri Lanka
“Scanning of Credit Card Application and supporting documents”

This scanning and indexing project was part of a sub contract by one of our partner organization involved in document management solutions. Under the project all the card files are being scanned, indexed and uploaded to the central imaging solution by Bluechip customer engineering.
 
 

Standard Chartered Bank - Sri Lanka
Scanning of Credit Card Application and supporting documents”

This scanning and indexing project was part of a sub contract by one of our partner organization involved in document management solutions. Under the project all the card files are being scanned, indexed and uploaded to the central imaging solution by Image Land.

Scanning of Signature cards for uploading in to the core banking solution, this project involves converting 100 branches of Bank of Ceylon and is a project deployed along with a partner organization Keels business systems.
